To run Chromium in Zenwalk you need to install that patch Was unsure how this is done and that was my problem or add in /etc/fstab this lines tmpfs /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0 and reboot !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am currently still running Zenwalk 6.4. however I would like to print to my Samsung CLP 300 colour Laser Printer. Searching mainly came up with some suspect links and others wanting me to download windows software. Any suggestions? :(

Everything looked OK with lshw so I hunted through the other tabs of wicd network manager - preferences - other programs and changed the wired link detection to ethtool and whooppeee it works. Thanks to all. Now how do I mark this thread as SOLVED! :D

Neither version of 6.4 will install. Will have a go at Live version when I can download it (I have limited download allowance).
