So the restore defaults button should be there. It will set all the standard shortcuts.
I'm sure there is such button because I used it.

Slackware packages can be installed and work under Zenwalk.

Check xfce keyboard shortcuts. There you can restore default shortcuts and set your own.
I'm not under Zenwalk now so I can't check but there should be no problem setting it like that even if it's missing.

Since sudoers is a sudo config file, it only affects programs you start with sudo.
It's as simple as that.
About truecrypt, as Shador said, maybe it uses sudo automatically.

I think that if you run "videoconfig" again after switching monitors, the correct resolution should be chose automatically. Anyway, 19 inches is the length from top left corner to bottom right corner, that's all. It doesn't say anything about the resolutions the screen is capable of. You c...

About the spell checking, probably it's not configured to the English language. Right click on a text box (where you type) and under Languages choose english.

Just to make things clearer, these are refresh rates.
Resolution is number of pixels (dots) the picture on screen is made of. ;)

And the boy at the store was right, LCD doesn't flicker at low refresh rate.
