Some time ago I recompiled from scratch and created a package for the game Torus Trooper. I just installed it in Zenwalk 5.2 and it still works well!

That game is wicked! I love it! It's a bit heavy for my computer to render, but once I used the -window and -res [number] [number] arguments it worked nicely, although for top performance I was using it in a tiny 120x80 window! Amazingly, it was still playable, and more importantly, still fun.

I'd put a link to that package in the Gamers forum, if I was you. They'll love it.
