Hmm... all I did I think was this -

Go to File / Import Directory and select your music folder.

The files should then automagically be scanned and added to the exaile database. Is there are specific problem you're having? If so, open up a topic in the proper forum, we'll probably get in trouble if we discuss these things here :)

That looks pretty good. The bottom panel looks almost exactly like the bottom XFCE panel from the default Zenwalk installation.

That's exactly what it's supposed to look like! ;D
I just kept the menu button on the bottom panel, I think it's better there and I like the top left for the "Show desktop" button.

Why is that? Well, the mpd status does force the date out of the screen if the song has a long title, but i don't know what i could do about it other than changing font or deleting the date completely. ;)

Well you can set the maximum space conky can take, so it will never display things off-screen. Another option would be to strip some descriptions or system info from the whole line.

its simple Xfce panel. i forgot to write that is Xfce.

^^ I believe that that is xfce.... all be it with the panel background the same colour as the wallpaper. (custom gtkrc)
