Is there any updated documentation for version 7 that explains how to install from the live cd? The current information on the website doesnt match what I see with version 7. There is no Zenpanel...

On your desktop, there should be a link to a file called "livecd-howto.pdf". If you scroll down almost all the way to the end (page 4 of 4), you will find a section titled "Live system installation - The live system can be installed into a hard disk partition".
