I would advise to put put the new "[Zenwalk Snapshots] Bugs & problems" subforum closer to the "Problems" and "Bugs" subforums. I've seen a similar situation (wide apart) as the current one on another forum, but until the subforums were placed next to each other, a lot of people posted in the wrong one.

Yes, the current repository will also have new versions of packages when it's obviously sure that the upgrade is easy and safe for everybody, not only security updates.

This is the current -> snapshot changelog : http://www.zenwalk.org/modules/news/art ... storyid=20

Have fun

JP,

Would it be possible to group the changes by day?
That way it is possible to look at the changelog and see an easy way which is changed/ added that day.
Now I just do slapt-get or gslapt to see what is changed, but that's not the right way I guess.....  ;)

Sorry to intrude, but if we use gslapt now, what should our /etc/gslapt show. We have only one repo or source in there right now.

What are the other repos like stable, current, snapshot to add to our sources to be able to access more things like vlc, inkscape, amarok, etc?

Kazuya, I did not change the source in /etc/gslapt. I went to the preferences in the menus and there is a spot to add sources. Then you just type in the URL of the repo you want. I added download.zenwalk.org/i486/snapshot/  and it worked fine and allowed me to upgrade everything to the snapshot.  Hopefully this helps, I am not entirely sure if that is the correct URL since I am at work and on a Windows XP box  >:(
