EasyTAG 2.1.4 (Developing version)

EasyTAG is a utility for viewing and editing tags for MP3, MP2, MP4/AAC, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, MusePack, Monkey's Audio, WavPack and speex files.

There are lots of bugfuxes, improved documentation, new translations and more complete tag handling!

I did some more testing - regarding compatibility with amarok.
Despite claiming id3v2.4 tag writing capabilities, easytag does not play well with amarok's taglib

The package works fine. I think Amarok's taglib is the problem, not EasyTag: I never had problems with easytaged files but I often had problems with Amarok taged files

Amarok always writes id3v2.4 tags - a standard with some ambiguities

I remember the same thing happened here. They explain the problem with incompatibilities between id3 v2.3 and v2.4 but since EasyTag 2.1.2 I'm using v2.4 in EasyTag, too.
