 Post subject: Русские имена файлов на Флешках

Чтобы на флешках при монтировании правильно отображались русские имена файлов оказывается достаточно в файле /etc/xdg/xfce4/mount.rc в секции файловой системы vfat добавьте строку utf8=true
Например, так:

[vfat]
uid=<auto>
shortname=winnt
utf8=true
# FreeBSD specific option
longnames=true

У меня этот файл в /etc/X11/xdg/xfce4
