Hi, I would be glad if someone could help me. I installed enemy territory and I can play but after about 15-30 minutes the system is going to shutdown. Any idea what to do? I use Zenwalk 6.2 with Xfce. I dont have this kind of trouble in any other use of the computer. Thanks for any advise. And sorry if my English is uncorrect.

Is the system really shutting down or is your screensaver, dpms turning off the monitor? If you haven't played with the screensaver, then quite likely it's the power saving routine just shutting down the monitor. Can you ctrl-alt-F2 to get to a terminal? Can you use "init 3" to kill X then "init 4" to get back? Or, do you lose all keyboard control and/or mouse control? If all control is lost, to the point of that only the computer reset button will reboot the computer, you have a kernel crash, which the game probably caused.

Hi. The game starts shutdown of the system. Is there a way of how to know any error message about this event .... any log files or something like this. And if it is kernell crash what can I do with this?
