Hello,

often I launch Netpkg then I start doing something else, waiting for the repository answer. Whet Netpkg got that, its window pop up suddenly and the characters I was typing are loss, or Netpkg get them. I think it will be better if Netpkg icon in status bar start flashing when list from repository is ready and user has to click the icon himself to make Netpkg window pop up.

Thanks.

Marco

You can avoid that as I do: running it without the gui. I also don't like to have windows appearing when I'm using my box; I would start using the graphical interface if it could just show the messages in a "ballon" alert.

in netpkg.conf change to:
Code:
Default_mode = nomenu
