It's simple and fast and I love it to bits however, it'd be better if it had more security installed that is user friendly and running by default.

It's good to see that the average user is giving security more thought than before. But it is also disappointing that so many don't bother with Linux when they find out that it'd take more effort to get their computer secure after becoming accustomed to Microsoft's firewall and Norton's various products.

I suggest adding Firestarter as it's a great and easy to use firewall and disabling the SSH daemon as the average user is unlikely to use it.

Any other suggestions anyone?

I will modify the firewall script to filter ssh in next release.

I believe that tools like firestarter are too loud, and that just adding/removing lines in /etc/rc.d/rc.netffilter is simpler (and pedagogic)
