Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to for this.

ZENBUILD template from /etc/buildpkg/,
it has a commented
Code:
CXXFLAGS=
.
If I use that option it never get passed to the actual
buildscript. I'm under the impression that it should.

For me, there's nothing special with my ZENBUILD.
As ZW is now using gcc7.x some apps doesn't build with it.
Online search led me to use the -fpermissive option,
and learnt that it's only useable for CPP, C has it by default.
I was still not able to build some apps even though I added the option
to the ZENBUILD. I did try to hardcode the option to the generated
buildscript and it build successfully. Hence my original post.
As I hinted I'm just wondering if it is the normal
way ZENBUILD does things.
