[Solved] Multibutton mouse cause xserver crash (segfault)

Hello,
whenever I plug in my Logitech G600 multi button mouse, an existing session of Xserver crash or (during starting process) Xserver is prevented from starting (segfault). On Zenwalk 7.0 there was not problem with this device.

I (being not an expert) guess it is affected by buffer overrun bug in xf86-input-evdev-2.7.0 (see link for reference: http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xorg/driver/xf86-input-evdev/commit/?h=evdev-2.7-branch&id=ac772cde9469c406564433d6d41416fa2279fbf9 ).

Since this bug was fixed in evdev-2.7.1 would someone from devs here be so kind and provide us with either new or patched version of the package for testing.
