 Post subject: kernel-2.6.27 + NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.14.12-pkg1 + em28xx-new

I've the new kernel up & running with two external kernel modules
- em28xx-new: compiles without modifications
- NVIDIA-Linux-x86-173.14.12-pkg1: needs a patch I've got from:

BTW, em28xx-new is needed by some dvb hardware (e.g. Cinergy Hybrid T USB XS FM)
and not yet in Zenwalk available.

NVIDIA-Linux-x86-177.80 doesn't need any patches anymore & feels a bit faster updating 2 screens ;)
There is also a noticeable delay in booting around starting udev I've also in starting arch's updated kernel 2.6.27 - investigating is under way...
