I'm running Zenwalk 6.0 ( I don't remember the first version I tried on this notebook ) on a Toshiba Satellite L40-18W with a Intel® Pentium® dual-core processor T2370 1.73 GHz and 2GB RAM. Wireless works out of the box.
What doesn't work:
Fn keys - with some tweaking I can configure most of them
Suspend to disk/ram - because of the wireless( or was it the lan) driver + tweaking ( can't get it to work again after a fresh 6.0 install )
lilo - takes about 6 seconds and 2 lines of dots to start ( I don't think it has anything to do with the distribution )
never tried the modem

Conclusion? Everything works ( even thow some *minor* tweaking might be involved ), and that makes my happy X!!
