I have an install of the last RC. Can it be updated to the 7.0 release without reinstall. If so how?

fire up terminal and pick up 7.0 repository(netpkg mirror) , then do "netpkg list U" and you will see what packages needs to be upgraded. You can upgrade like "netpkg upgrade". If there was zenwalk-desktop package then you need to create new user after upgrade to get new default settings. And it's better to do all this in init 3.

EDIT: althought this is not supported way, it is easily doable.
