[SOLVED]Fluxbox 1.3.1

Hi people, is it possible to know why i installed the package fluxbox-1.3.1-i486-1.txz and reboot computer but when login appears it doestn show me in session the fluxbox installed. Am i missing something ?

I want to use fluxbox as my first window manager. I know i can start fluxbox from command line but i want to see it in the session of login.

Fluxbox is a Slackware package and since Slackware doesn't come with GDM, the package has no provision for a GDM menu entry. You can add one yourself by creating a /usr/share/xsessions/fluxbox.desktop file with the following contents:

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Type=XSession
Name=Fluxbox
Exec=/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.fluxbox

Next time you will get to the GDM screen, fluxbox will be available as an option.

I was going to ask the same thing as I also like Fluxbox, though Openbox is fine for now.
