the first three are not possible as far as I know , but you could just walk around to each machine to close down , that would save you a few yards jogging you would have done the next morning .

also its not possible to see what people are up to vis mkahawa; I just used to walk around and catch people out then ban them

I have a Internet cafe and I want to use zencafe 2.2. But I encounter some problems with mkahawa.These problems are:
- to shutdown a client ( doesn't work)
- to restart a client ( doesn't work)

Also some fonctions are very important for my internet cafe:
- to hide the timecode to people viewing the screen
- to see what a client is doing at any time since pornographic web sites are prohibited
- to lock a timecode
- to add a timecode on another code

Can you help me ? Or if you can show me a software running under linux (I prefer zencafe) and how to use it, I will very happy.

im a newbie here. but ill try to answer ur question for shut n restart client from billing server.

1st, u need to configure to auto login ur client. ex : user01 is ur client number 1
use : # echo "user01 ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL" >> /etc/sudoers

chmod ur /sbin/shutdown and /sbin/reboot
use : # chmod 7755 /sbin/shutdown

# chmod 7755 /sbin/reboot

do it for all the rest.
