hi! Sorry for the very newbie question, but it's annoying me...
I switched on the File/launcher icons option in Xfce, then using thunar I dropped some launchers from /usr/bin into the ~/Desktop folder. The launchers appeared on my desktop, but with the "launcher" icon (two cogs) and not with the apps own icons, which are there in thunar. Any idea what did I wrong or how can I change these icons?

Copy the apps you want to launch from the desktop from /usr/share/applications.
