I couldn't resist replying to this one.  I just got zenwalk up and running on my X24, and I love it.  Install took some work, though, without a docking station.  I had to run the installer from a USB key.  Yay.  I'll take a number.  ;)

by the way, if there are any other t60 owners or anyone with the intel945gm video card, what's your fps when playing a game like sauerbraten? can i also see your xorg.conf? if you'll look in the kernel and hardware section i'm having a problem with playing 3d games.. horribly low fps and they're not rendering properly either. can't seem to find a reason either. i'm having a few other minor problems besides this, but nothing major. it runs like a champ ;D

According to first post, I'm going to become the ThinkZen member #012 \!D/

I've bought my T42 one month ago and I've to say that it is really a great machine!
Last week I've installed our lovely distro and almost everything works fine: I had a problem with fan noise but solved by installing the ThinkPad Fan Control. The other main problem is the ethernet card: Netpkg is sooo slow when downloading!
