Yeah - sorry boys - for me it's also neither .. I don't like both of them - I keep a folder with old icons - have to replace that folder everytime the 'desktop' package is upgraded though - but hey - I can live with that iusing the greatest distro ever  ;D

I use the "Crystal" that comes with 2.8. Those are my favourite. Friend of mine who's a themer made the SeaMonkey browser theme using those for me (CatThief) so now that I'm finally in Linux nice to have them all match up. (Prior to this I used a Mac-style desktop GUI I built myself on 98se which included all icons of Pinstripe and matching programme themes, etc.)

My 2¢ worth anyway...

Amicalement,

I voted for tango, which is nice but my favorite icons are nuoveXT and dropline Neu!

I have to say the best XFCE icon scheme I have seen is the one used by default by Dream Linux .....
I "imported" it to Zen :)
Dream-Milk Style with DreamOS icon set looks great

Peter : send me the list of icons that needs to be added to Tango for KDE support, I will add em :)

JP

btw : Tango IS the default icon theme in Zenwalk, all applications (even Firefox and Thunderbird) now use Tango by default. Nuovo is still available, of course as it's a nice theme :)

I voted for Nuovo but for a week now I use tango. It was a bit strange at first glance but now i like it. The only problem is the calendar does not work with tango in thunderbird. Now I am forced to use sunbird but its not big problem. Tango is good :)

As soon as i find out  ;D currently compiling kdebase & kdelibs: they need patching for 'tango'; I think i need 'png' versions of the tango icons, so my install-manual tells me... I did see a tango package from you; what would that 'do'? Will it install a set of icons; that might save me the agony  :P

Hello

The second one (about the calendar button) is not serious but the first one makes mozilla calendar useless for use...
