I have downloaded the CD and look forward towards trying 7.0 out
Is there any way to upgrade 6.4 to 7.0, or do I need to reinstall? (I have found outehr people asking this, but not found any answer )
Is it possible give guidance to help Daniel how-to upgrade from 6.4 to 7.0?

It's safer to reinstall, and keep your home partition unchanged.
Some packages changes are dangerous between 6.4 and 7.0 (ie : util-linux-ng -> util-linux)

Many thanks to everybody.

I have now updated, thanks for the advice!
The update process went fine, but I have problems connecting through my router. I posted a thread about it under the network section in this forum.

Congratulatios, well done!
2 minutes and 15 seconds left until zenwalk-7.0.iso is finished.
5 minutes left until zenwalk-openbox-7.0.iso is finished.
I'm sick of Linux Mint which is slow and bloated, not to mention crippled, out of the box. It's time for something simple and elegant!
